Prices for our services are listed on our website or provided via custom quote. Payments are due as specified in your invoice. For package subscriptions, payment is required in advance (typically 50% to start). Refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced, but we will work with you to ensure satisfaction according to our revision policies.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights for the final delivered designs are transferred to the client. However, Sandu Graphics retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and for self-promotion. We retain ownership of all preliminary drafts and concepts.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and necessary assets (images, text, credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may result in project delays. You represent that you have the right to use any materials you provide to us.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sandu Graphics & SG Media Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services often involve third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). We are not responsible for changes in their algorithms, policies, or interruptions in their service that may affect your campaign performance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
